Yes, it's very quiet on the blog front these days. Not so in the puppy room! Puppies actually do three things, not two. They eat, sleep and squeal. Every possible situation (I am hungry, I am cold, I am hot, I can't smell mama, someone is touching me, I am awake) means it's time to squeal. So far, it's just cute and soothing. I hope we'll become immune to it by the time they get some real volume built up.
This morning we placed the x-pen around the wading pool (it fit exactly!) and covered the whole thing over except for a door just big enough for Maggie. (Well, I can fit too if I really want to.) I think Maggie will be less anxious that way because it's more like "under the deck" and she can just guard the door instead of the whole room.
Their eyes should be open in a few days and then I'll post some pictures again.

what do Iggy and Ginny think of all the little extra noises and movements? What are the ribbons around the babys' necks?
Did something happen they say they are looking for a foster for Maggie dog on the website??
