Vista arrived last night with her brother, Jpeg. For some reason I was expecting little black balls of fluff. Not so!
Both of them look like little black bears. Or should I say, BIG black bears. Vista weighs more than three of the last batch of puppies we fostered (and her poops are as big as three said puppy-poops).
Breed: They could be Great Dachsynees (Dachshund and Great Pyranees). Entirely ficticious, but they both have great big feet and long bodies. Jpeg has short little stumpy legs like a Dachshund.
Vista is a little bit shy - quick to dash into the crate when I get too close, but comes out again just as quickly because she can't resist pets and snuggles.
Nothing to report on housetraining yet. They haven't figured out that puddling is an outdoor sport.
