I did not come to my senses.

What's better than two puppies? THREE puppies! Kyra and Pogo's brother, Toby, is already reserved for adoption so he won't be featured here except when he does something really cute (see above).

They are only five weeks old, so they can't go to forever homes until October 10. I'll keep you posted between now and then - lots of changes happen between 5 and 8 weeks! This is my first experience looking after three puppies who would ordinarily still be with their mama. Three 5-week olds are different from one 8-week old in that they:
1) poop more
2) pee more
3) lick more
4) fall into the water dish oftener

I have them in a playpen in the house because they're too little and too busy to keep track of otherwise. They come out to play every hour (and to poop, pee and fall into the water dish, of course) and then they're ready for another nap. At night, I don't get up for them. I did the math last night: 3 puppies x 7 hours = way too many times to get up. I just filled the x-pen up with puppy pads, went to bed and slept until morning.
