Here is Carmelo with his snuggly toy.This morning he went to his new forever family, so this will be the last picture. He had a great going away party last night with Mister and Little Snort (pugs) and Oscar and Chica (terriers) and I let him sleep with me all night. At 6:00 this morning I transferred him to Auntie Jessica's bed for a last snuggle with her, and then he was off to start his New Life. I'm sure he will be very loved, because he's just such a sweetie.
And now we shall see what happens next - another Big Adventure!

Ha! We had a pup adopted too... and did the farewell dog park walk and the sleep all night on the big bed:)

Hurray for Carmelo, too bad for you (and the rest of us who love your stories). Katara is gorgeous. I'm sure she'll be a fur-ball of love & laughs! Looking forward to reading about her, too.
Carmelo (now knows as Ocsar) has transitioned nicely into our family ...... he is definetly Mommy's little man!! He has a special bed beside our bed (on mommies side of course)and he knows he gets to snuggle up with mommy after his morning pee until it is time to get up for work. He enojoyed his first bath, and has claimed the purple blanket as his. He is already a hockey puppy with his team Canada T-Shirt and Calgary Flames collar .... Daddy is even going to get his a Flames Jersey.
