She's becoming a more relaxed pack member as the days go by. Her favorite nap-location is, of course, under the coffee table. She no longer cries when I leave the room and is becoming content to putter around outside with Ginny or chew on toys in the playpen while I'm working.
At night, she sleeps happily in her crate in the human den. That way I can hear her little squeaks if she has to get up. Still a 1 a.m. trip to the outdoors, but she's very quick and goes right back to sleep afterward. And then she sleeps in until we're ready to get up.
She loves her walks with the big dogs (or her "carries" as they are much of the time). I can't believe how round she is! Another inch and she won't fit the carrier anymore. When we do get off the beaten track so she can walk, she has lots of stamina and knows how to work herself into a giant nap.
Chica will make a great addition to someone's family, especially if they have children and cats. She loves them both and wiggles from one end to the other when she sees them.
